I didn’t do very much yesterday, still sooooo tired. I did receive a letter detailing my next procedure at hospital though. On the 29th April, I’ve got a morning and afternoon appointment in the Nuclear Medicine department, followed by another afternoon appointment 1 week later. The procedure is an SeHCAT scan which basically involves ingesting some radioactive stuff and then seeing how much my body clears it. It’s used to measure something to do with bile acids and where they are re-absorbed into the body. If there’s any problem with that it can point to Crohns or a stand alone condition often misdiagnosed as IBS. So let’s see what happens at the end of the month 🙂
