We managed a decent adventure today, and I may have taken a few too many photos. The first picture should be the mask we made yesterday, which Paige was very proud of. Following that I’ll put up all the pictures I took on out walk around the woods together, one in particular shows a thistle in seed. Paige was excited to see so many “wishes”, I merely viewed it as a great source of emergency kindling hehehe.
Aiden was great on the walk, he’s been in his big boy pants all the time again, even in the walk – which was great 🙂
He did get a little concerned when we walked through some long grass. He kept saying they were cutting him (it was soft grass), I think this was a prime example of his Autism. After all what can be mundane and insignificant to the rest of us, can cause major problems to those with Autism. Still we managed to get through it easily, in fact one thing that Aiden did to distract himself from the “cutting” was to sing the alphabet, so Paige and I joined in with him 🙂
